At Makkah Fabrics, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few additional business days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout Pakistan. Standard delivery usually takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries, except Israel. International shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight of your order.

Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers within Karachi.

• Customers outside Karachi or outside Pakistan are required to make payment in advance before their order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order. Makkah Fabrics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
